He has instilled in the company its principles - Quality, Service & Customer Satisfaction which have been inherited by the next generations as well.
With an Extensive Technical Experience and sound commercial knowledge, he is the inspiration for all the company employees. Armed with the fortitude and vision of a natural leader, he has founded and nurtured the company on a continuous growth trajectory. His steady hand guides Nimani Constructions’ strategic decisions to this day.

Rohan, a dynamic 32 year old director of Nimani Constructions has always worked towards the growth and expansion of the company. He started his journey at Nimani Constructions after completing Business Management. With the experience he has gathered over the years, he leads the Nimani Constructions’ team. Rohan believes in living life to the fullest and takes a wholesome approach to everything that he sets his heart to. Not only is he zestful about his work but he is also passionate about travelling, music and adventure.
At the young age of 30, Himanshu holds the responsibility of the being the Executive Director at the Nimani Constructions. He has worked with great enthusiasm for the past 4 years and has a major role to play in the growth and success of the company. Himanshu started gaining knowledge and experience at SR Enterprises soon after completing his Diploma in Housing Law and MBA from S.P. Jain, Mumbai and has been focused on the quality of growth of the company ever since. The sportsman in him makes him a true team player and he focuses on the aspects of making Nimani Constructions not just one of the top real estate company, but more importantly the most trustworthy company. He firmly believes in customers’ satisfaction and happiness.
